Welcome to the SWG Fan Art site. :yoda: This site is a collection of art works created by players of the mmo Star Wars Galaxies. :pc: The focus of our group is our Original Role Play Characters set in the Star Galaxies Wars universe. While we do appreciate classic and iconic Star Wars related works of art, our main focus is to keep our OC children alive.

:bulletblack:All members can submit art, both visual and literary. In Character Journals are welcome as well.

:bulletblue:Our characters are precious to us, like children, and this is a place to bring them to life. Positive and creative encouragement is welcomed for artistic improvements. Harsh, derogatory or negative remarks are grounds for removal and banning from the site. :stormtrooper:

:bulletgreen:As we progress and grow, submission categories will be added and changed. If you have a question on where something should go, please note me. Feel free to note me with ideas on how to organize our various methods of art.

:bulletorange:Please submit to the appropriate category. The Featured Folder will host a random collection of art pulled from all categories and frequently rotated out.

:bulletpink:Work that is deemed NSFW (be it extreme nudity or violence) is acceptable. Please make sure it has the appropriate warnings and submitted to the NSFW folder.

:bulletpurple:If you find a piece of art that you think everyone else might enjoy, feel free to suggest it to the Favorites folder.

:bulletred:Above all else we ask that the art you submit be your own. If you have artwork commissioned by others and you wish to share, please do! Just make sure to give credit where credit is do.

Jedi Trials: Part 1 Ch 1: Theed The night was calm, quiet and full of life. Orhen Karagi sat on a hill above the city of Theed, thinking to himself. The Force had become unclear to him, and he found that, to say the least, unsettling. He had broken the most important rule of the Jedi, marrying has Padawan a year after going into hiding with her during Order 66.

His mind reeled with questions and feelings he'd never felt as a Jedi. He felt fear, worry, anxiety, and anger all mixed into a thick sludge of emotion inside his mind. What if the Rebellion couldn't hold Theed from the Empire? His son would be found and killed, obviously... or worse. gonna change this to TOR fans? i keep getting watch posts about TOR characters...feel kinda insulting to be a fan of SWG and get posts for a lesser game...cant even go in tha water...8 years later and all we get is games with less...mmo's moving backwards in delvelopment

SWG is going to be gone soon, and most are moving on to TOR once it is. Most of the art submitted to this group is about the roleplay within SWG, so if we kept it strictly SWG the group would wither away. Allowing TOR images to be placed here allows those that are making the transition to share it with all of those that are as well without jumping into a whole new pool of water. This was created by friends mainly for friends and to make new ones based on a similar interest. It is staying that way.

jump in pool of water...cant really do that in TOR....for me its not just about SWG ending...its about there is no MMO that does tha same...everything is lesser....newer products with less features

I partially agree with you on some points, but that doesn't change the fact that SWG is shutting down. There is nothing that can be done about that. We made a decision that rather than let the group fade away as well, we would expand it.

No big change planned. The SWG community is pretty tight and this will always be a place for members to post their SW OC's, regardless of what SW game they play. In the end, it's all Star Wars, regardless of the time line.

Just brought it back to mind i guess.. then nostalgia set in... luckily there is apparently 45 days of free game time coming my way! Who knows maybe I'll end up re-subbing.
